It is understood that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If 24 hours advance notice is not given then you will be charged the full amount of your appointment.
A missed scheduled appointment for will be considered a “No Show". The full amount will charged for all “missed” appointments. For clients that have purchased a package, having a "No Show" will result in the loss of that appointment.
Please note that there are no "run overs". If you are late for your appointment, that time will still count as being part of your scheduled time and your session will end when that time is up. The full amount will be charged for all late arrivals.
